"The Secret of Shaolin Kung Fu"

While purging files I ran across a xerox of this video cover.  This is the “Plan Nine From Outer Space” of kung fu movies.  My brother Jim and I saw it on TV in, hmm, 1981 or so.  Somehow he had a tape recorder and taped it and we listened to it for years.  The English dubbed dialogue and sound effects are crucial and I don’t know if these are available on the DVD.  Since Amazon sells the video for ninety-nine cents I ordered it immediately.  Horrible quality, the video is recorded on Extended Play.  Turns out it’s also available on YouTube (under the name “The Secret of Shaolin Kung Fu”), but for ninety-nine cents I’m almost losing money if I don’t grab this artifact.  And this, in the middle of purging clutter and garbage in preparation for moving to Illinois.
